COVID-19 Update
I am currently offering face to face sessions but the option for video or telephonic counselling will remain in place.

Counselling provides the space to talk in confidence. It can help you make sense of difficulties you are experiencing at this point in your life in a neutral, non-judgemental space. It can give you the time and space to talk openly and freely about issues that are not always easy to discuss with friends and family. I am trained to help you explore how you feel about where you are and to look at the choices you have going forward. I cannot tell you what to do nor can I make decisions for you. You are the expert on your life and my role is to help you build the confidence to take the next step.
Fees
I offer an initial phone call of around 30 minutes which is FREE of charge. In this session admin and paperwork is covered and dates and times are agreed. Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and are priced at £60 per session.
I would initially contract for a minimum of 6 sessions although this can be extended by mutual consent. Some clients prefer working in a more open ended way but in either case, we will have regular checkpoints to review what we have worked on.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Electronic bank transfer is preferred with payment expected within 48 hours of your session. Invoices will be sent to you via email.
If you are unable to make a session, you can cancel up to 24 hours beforehand. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full price.
Practical Considerations
I practice from rooms in The Old School, High Street, Sherston, SN16 0NT. There is parking on the High Street and behind The Old School – follow signs for Village Hall parking.

My rooms are on the 1st floor up a flight of stairs. Should this be a problem please let me know.
