About Me

My Approach

I was trained in different modalities but my work in the main is person-centred. I follow the tradition that each person knows themselves best and my role is to empower you and to facilitate discussion with you but not to tell you what you should do. I can support you to make informed choices about your life by exploring with you what is currently holding you back from being all that you want to be.

I help clients with a range of issues including:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety/Stress

  • Issues around eating/food/self image

  • Low Self esteem/Self confidence

  • Marriage/relationship issues

  • Grief

  • Anger

  • Family difficulties/breakdown

I work with:

  • Young people aged 10 - 17 yrs

  • Adults (18+)
